BFGM also considers the mobilisation phase of our service to be of huge importance to the future success of our delivery. Account and site managers alike, will remain totally focused upon the issues relating to the building and enhancing relationships with our customers to ensure that our approach is aligned with the customers business requirements and organisation culture.

The BFGM service transition teams are a competent team comprising of Engineers, Administrators and IT Technicians. Their role is to ensure that our site team is fully equipped and are provided with the resources and support to deliver service quality without exception. When incumbent maintenance staff TUPE across it can be a stressful time for them. It’s important that we use our experience and skill sets to ensure a meaningful welcome, a soft landing and to set the scene from the outset.

We can advise on the relative merits of HVAC SFG20, Condition-based monitoring or an amalgamation of the two, often referred to as Business-focused Maintenance. If you already have a maintenance specification, we respect your thoughts upon what fits best and together we will implement the best strategy.
